CSHC гос. фин., австр. медицинская карточка (Австралийского) союза для пожилых* (карточка, дающая пожилому лицу право на получение скидок при оплате ряда отпускаемых по рецепту лекарств, а также предоставляющая права на льготы при оплате некоторых других услуг; в частности, предоставляет возможность получения скидки при оплате некоторых внебольничных услуг, а по усмотрению органов штата, местных органов или частных поставщиков может предоставлять льготы при оплате транспортных, образовательных, рекреационных и других услуг; для получения карточки необходимо соответствовать требованиям к уровню дохода и ряду других требований; карточка необходима для получения льготного пособия для пожилых и пособия на телефон)
